Unlock Your American Dream with the EB3 Visa
The EB3 visa is your gateway to the United States – a chance for skilled, professional, and other workers to establish a life in the land of opportunity. Unlike other visa categories, the EB3 is less stringent, making your American dream more accessible.
WHAT IS THE EB3 Unskilled Visa PROGRAM?
The EB-3 unskilled worker program is a category of employment-based immigration in the United States. It allows U.S. employers to sponsor foreign workers to fill positions that require less than two years of experience or training. This category also includes “other workers” who can prove that they are capable of performing unskilled labor, but are not of exceptional ability. The EB-3 unskilled worker program is part of the larger EB-3 employment-based immigration category, which also includes the EB-3 skilled worker and EB-3 professional categories.
WHAT are THE EB3 Unskilled Visa benefits
The EB3 visa is a pathway to becoming a lawful permanent resident in the U.S., offering a stable and long-term option for workers and their families.
EB3 visa holders can bring their spouse and unmarried children under the age of 21 to the United States, which can be a compelling draw for those looking to keep their families together.
The EB3 visa is less stringent compared to EB1 and EB2 visas, which means a broader category of workers might qualify.
Spouses of EB3 visa holders can apply for an Employment Authorization Document (EAD), allowing them to work in the U.S. while the green card process is underway.
Around 40,000 EB3 visas are awarded annually, which is a substantial number, indicating a steady chance of availability.
For unskilled workers or those jobs that do not require a high level of education or experience, the EB3 offers an opportunity that might not be available through other visa categories.
Children of EB3 visa holders have the opportunity to attend U.S. schools and universities, which can be a significant advantage for families.
As residents, EB3 visa holders and their families can access comprehensive healthcare services in the U.S.
After five years of being a green card holder, EB3 visa recipients are eligible to apply for U.S. citizenship, offering a clear path to full participation in U.S. society.
WHAT are THE EB3 Unskilled Visa requirements
Job Offer
Applicants must have a permanent, full-time job offer from a U.S. employer. Merca Group specializes in connecting applicants with potential employers ready to sponsor EB3 visas.
Education and Experience
For unskilled labor positions, applicants typically do not need to meet educational requirements. However, they must be capable of performing unskilled labor (requiring less than two years of training or experience) that is not of a temporary or seasonal nature.
Admissibility to the U.S.
Applicants must be admissible to the United States, meaning they do not have a criminal record, immigration fraud history, or other factors that could disqualify them from entering the U.S.
Consular Processing or Adjustment of Status
If the applicant is outside the U.S., they will go through consular processing. If they are already in the U.S. on a different visa, they may apply to adjust their status to that of a lawful permanent resident.
